Funny Girls

As much as my girls frustrate me, I really do love them. Ashlyn is always making me laugh with her little comebacks. Here are a few things she has done and said this week.
“Brylee stole my baby hair" said Ashlyn tonight before dinner.
"I love you so much mommy, you make my heart happy", said Ashlyn.
So apparently jelly is alot better out of the jar with a spoon. I caught her eating it earlier this week after I left it out on the counter after lunch. At least it wasn't butter like she has eaten before.
Tonight while Erik was leaving for work
"Daddy, will you get me some paper to draw", says Ash
"I can't I'm getting ready to leave for work", Daddy replies back.
"So you don't be late and lose the house and your job", says Ashlyn.

Brylee is growing like a weed. She is 5 months old now. As much as I miss the cute little newborn we use to have I love seeing her personality develop. She loves playing with her feet and enjoys laying on the floor to play. She loves attention and smiles big showing her cute little dimples.

Dacia is just getting too smart and too grown up. I keep telling her that I have a shot for her that is going to keep her little forever. She doesn't want it. I am not ready for school. I still have time to prepare myself, school doesn't start until July, but it will go by fast. We are all ready getting into May soon, so July will be here in no time.

I have a funny husband too. He finally got tired of my New Kids on the Block picture on the computer desktop. When I turned on the computer this afternoon there was a picture of Robin Meade, a morning news anchor on CNN. (Little celebrity crush, ay Erik)

Hey...there's nothing wrong with me keeping up on world events. :) And at least I didn't put a whole group of chicas on the desktop. :)

I am a complete lost cause!! I have left you two messages, this will be my third "1st message" since I have started doing all this blog stuff. Who knows if I am doing it right this time. The first time I replied to YOUR post on MY blog page. Duh! The next time I wrote I left a message on your page but it never showed up??? I guess I have no idea what I am doing. Anyway...
Hello! I love checking out these blog pages. I saw yours and Kristins and decided I needed to jump on the bandwagon. You have a beautiful family. Your family kind of reminds me of my family growing up. Girly everything! How fun. At least you have shopping buddies. It would kill my boys to hang out at a store, unless it is a skate or a game stop store. Well I just thought I would drop you a line and say hello (again). This blog stuff is pretty cool- maybe someday I will get the hang of it. Take Care and hope to chat with you again sometime soon,
Nina
